Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All orders in Australia over $125 will be delivered via Express post free of charge. Standard postage charges apply for all orders under $125 and will be calculated at checkout. We use Australia Post for all of our shipping. 

We ship to most International destinations using Australia Post. International orders are charged a flat rate of AUD$30. Free International Shipping for orders over AUD$200.

Victoria Stag is not responsible for any delays or additional taxes and duties applied at your country’s port of entry.

Please be mindful that Australia Post may experience delays and this is out of Victoria Stag's control. 


ORDERS

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. You will then receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched which may take up to 5 business days. You can track your order directly with Australia Post here.

If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not received tracking information, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing support@victoriastag.com.

Please check your junk mail if you have not received these emails, and ADD us to your safe senders list to ensure you receive all correspondence.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges (except sale or discontinued items) within 21 days from purchase as long as they are unworn / undamaged and within the original packaging.

To complete your return or exchange, please fill out the returns and exchanges form and send both the form and the product too:

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


SALE OR DISCONTINUED ITEMS
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on items brought from the 'Shop Sale' page or discontinued items unless they are deemed damaged or faulty.
If we receive sale or discontinued products back, no refund will be made and the clothing will be donated to a goodwill charity or sent back to you which will be at your cost. 


EXCHANGES

We understand shopping online can be daunting when it comes to choosing the right size or style and it can be tricky to get it right, so for peace of mind we offer FREE EXCHANGES* within Australia. Please send an email to support@victoriastag.com and we will email you a postage label.

For international orders, shipping costs are incurred by the purchaser and are unfortunately non-refundable except in the instance that a product is deemed to be faulty.

Please note that stock is limited and we may not always be able to provide the requested exchange. In this instance, we will contact you to arrange an exchange or refund.

Items must be returned in accordance to the conditions outlined above.


REFUNDS

Victoria Stag is happy to offer a full refund on full priced items providing they are returned in accordance to the conditions outlined above.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received.

Shipping costs are incurred by the purchaser and are unfortunately non-refundable except in the instance that a product is deemed to be faulty.


FAULTY GARMENTS
Our quality control team at Victoria Stag inspect all products before being dispatched to ensure superior quality.

However, if you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault, is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@victoriastag.com as soon as possible.  We will assess the garment, and if it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly organise a replacement or refund, at our discretion. Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. We will happily provide a means of return postage for faulty purchases.
