Victoria Stag is unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, as we work hard to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If you have made a mistake with the items you have purchased or the nominated shipping address, please get in touch as soon as possible and we may be able to intercept the dispatch of your order and change this for you. Please note that although we will try our best, it is not always possible to change order details in time and therefore we cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.
All orders in Australia over $125 will be delivered via Express Post free of charge. Standard postage charges apply for all orders under $125 and will be calculate at checkout. We use Australia Post for all of our shipping.
We ship to most International destinations using Australia Post. International orders are charged a flat rate of AUD$30. Free International Shipping for orders over AUD$200.
Victoria Stag is not responsible for any delays or additional taxes and duties applied at your country’s port of entry.
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. You will then receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched which may take up to 3 business days. We use Australia Post Express shipping. You can track your order directly with Australia Post here.
