Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All orders in Australia over $200 will be delivered via Express post free of charge. Standard postage or flat fee charges apply for all orders under $200 and will be calculated at checkout. We use Australia Post for all of our shipping. 

We ship to most International destinations using Australia Post. International orders are charged a flat rate of AUD$30. Free International Shipping for orders over AUD$300.

Victoria Stag is not responsible for any delays or additional taxes and duties applied at your country’s port of entry.

Please be mindful that Australia Post may experience delays and this is out of Victoria Stag's control. 

 

SITEWIDE SALES

During a sale, order volumes may increase the time for our staff to dispatch orders. Please allow for additional days for your order to arrive. If you have paid for Express Postage and you need to have your order by a particular date, please contact us and we will try to meet this requirement but we will not guarantee a delivery date. Please note that our standard dispatch of orders may take up to 5 business days. 


PRE-ORDERS

From time to time, Victoria Stag may offer selected products on pre-order. This allows you to secure your item before it arrives at our warehouse.

What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order means the item is not yet in stock but is available to purchase in advance. The estimated shipping timeframe will be listed on the product page.

Payment
Full payment is taken at the time the order is placed to secure your item.

Shipping Timeframes
Pre-order items will be dispatched once stock arrives at our warehouse. Estimated arrival dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to shipping or production delays outside of our control.

Orders Containing Pre-Order Items
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.

If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders

Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays can occasionally occur. If there are significant changes to the expected delivery date, we will notify customers via email.

Cancellations
Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our customer support team. Once your order has been shipped, our standard returns policy will apply.

Click & Collect Orders
If you select Click & Collect for a pre-order item, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

 

CLICK & COLLECT

Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification via email. From this time, you have 7 days to collect your order from our collection point located near our warehouse.

Clik Collective act as a collection point only. 

 

Collection Process
Please greet the Receptionist at Clik Collective upon arrival. You may be required to show your order confirmation email. Proceed to the Click & Collect area, where your parcel will be clearly labelled with your name and order number.

 

Collection Requirements

  • Please bring your order confirmation email
  • If someone is collecting on your behalf, they must have access to the confirmation email and order details

 

Pickup Location & Hours
Orders must be collected from our warehouse during Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Collection Timeframe
Orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving your “Ready for Pickup” notification.

If your order is not collected within this timeframe:

  • Your parcel will be returned to stock
  • Your order will be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our returns policy

Extensions
If you are unable to collect your order within 7 days, please contact us prior to the deadline. Extensions may be granted at our discretion.

 

Responsibility & Liability
Clik Collective acts solely as a collection point. Victoria Stag or Clik Collective is not responsible for any loss or damage once your order has been collected.

 

ORDERS

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed.

You will then receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched or a notification email once your order is ready for Pick Up which may take up to 5 business days.

You can track your order directly with Australia Post here.

If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not received tracking information, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing support@victoriastag.com.

Please check your junk mail if you have not received these emails, and ADD us to your safe senders list to ensure you receive all correspondence.


RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns (except final sale or discontinued items) within 21 days from purchase as long as they are unworn / undamaged and within the original packaging.

To ensure fairness and hygiene standards for all customers, returned items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other marks.

Items must be returned clean, folded and in original condition. A $20 cleaning or repackaging fee may apply for dirty or unkept items, which will be deducted from your original payment method.

If an item is deemed damaged beyond reasonable repair or cleaning, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back to you at your expense.

To complete your return, please fill out the returns form and send both the form and the product to:

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

At this stage - we do not accept in person returns at our warehouse. 

EXCHANGES
We don't do exchanges but if you need to switch products, sizes or colours, you will need to:
1. Send the product back to us and we will refund you (excluding final sale items).
2. Place another order of what you would like. 



FINAL SALE OR DISCONTINUED ITEMS
We do not accept refunds on items brought from the 'Shop Sale OR Final Sale' page or discontinued items unless they are deemed damaged or faulty. If we receive Final Sale or discontinued products back, we will not contact you and no refund will be made. You may contact us to have the items sent back to you which will be at your cost.  



REFUNDS

Victoria Stag is happy to offer a full refund on full priced items providing they are returned in accordance to the conditions outlined above.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received at our location (not at a Australia Post Office) and in addition, during a sale period, refunds may take longer to process.

Shipping costs are incurred by the purchaser and are unfortunately non-refundable except in the instance that a product is deemed to be faulty.



FAULTY GARMENTS
If you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault, is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@victoriastag.com as soon as possible.  We will assess the garment, and if it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly organise a replacement or refund, at our discretion. Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. We will happily provide a means of return postage for faulty purchases.
