What is this top best for?

What's the difference between the Trainer Tee and the Cap Sleeve Tee?
The Trainer Tee has a short sleeve and is slightly more fitted through the stomach than the Cap Sleeve. It also comes in a V-neck option. If you want a more structured look, the Trainer Tee. If you want something looser and more relaxed, the Cap Sleeve.
Which should I choose — crew neck or V-neck?
Both have the same fit and fabric. The crew neck is classic and clean. The V-neck adds a little more neckline and a touch of femininity. It's purely personal preference.
Will the top ride up during exercise?
No — it's cut longer through the torso so it stays down during every movement including squats, stretches and overhead exercises.
Is it see-through or clingy when you sweat?
No. The moisture-wicking Cotton Spandex blend is designed to keep you dry and non-transparent throughout your workout.
