Worried about flashing your bra mid-plank, or your top riding up when you lift? Our plus size muscle tank, in sizes 12–26, lets you show your arms without worrying about anything else.

  • Nothing on show. A higher neckline and higher armholes, so no one sees down your top or through a gappy armhole.
  • Arms up, top stays down. A longer length keeps you covered when you lift overhead.
  • Show your arms, feel strong. Open armholes give you full range of movement for lifting, reaching and yoga.
  • Soft, cool and built to last. Lightweight cotton-spandex that wicks sweat and breathes, and holds its shape wash after wash. Worn twice a week for two years, that's about 33¢ a wear.
  • Fit tip. Go up a size if you'd like more room through the stomach.

Love these tops

"I love these tops. I have a few now one from way back when they made it in dark green. This one feels little bit lighter to wear, not thinner per se but lighter fabric. Great navy colour - love a break from black. Love the V logo (visually breaks up the broad chest beautifully). Neckline is perfect (not too tight for a crew). Shoulder coverage is excellent. If I could make one change it would be 5cm long side slits at waist, or maybe a curved waist hem as it is a straighter cut along sides than the T-shirts so just a smidge more grabby over my tummy. Still love it though"

Will I be able to see my bra through the armholes?
No — the armholes are cut higher than a standard muscle tank specifically to prevent this. You get full range of motion without any unwanted exposure.
Will the tank ride up when my arms are overhead?
No — it's cut longer through the torso so it stays down even during overhead lifts, yoga flows, and stretches.
Is the neckline high enough for full coverage?
Yes — the neckline sits higher than most tanks so you're fully covered during planks, forward folds, and any exercise where you bend forward.
Is it see-through or clingy when you sweat?
