What's the difference between the Trainer Tee and the Cap Sleeve Tee?
The Trainer Tee has a short sleeve and is slightly more fitted through the stomach than the Cap Sleeve. It also comes in a V-neck option in black. If you want a more structured look, the Trainer Tee. If you want something looser and more relaxed, the Cap Sleeve.
Will the top ride up during exercise?
No — it's cut longer through the torso so it stays down during every movement including squats, stretches and overhead exercises.
Is it see-through or clingy when you sweat?
No. The moisture-wicking Cotton Spandex blend is designed to keep you dry and non-transparent throughout your workout.
Do they run true to size?
Yes, true to size across sizes 12–26. Between sizes go up. Our size chart shows exact body measurements, not just dress sizes.
